Which live-session providers can I connect?

The integration setup supports Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. Provider accounts, permissions, and configuration are required. Attendance and other capabilities vary by provider.

What do the Slack and Teams connections do?

Configured notification connections deliver learning notifications with links back to the next action. This does not mean the full learner portal or AI Tutor runs inside either app.

How does SCIM connect organization records?

SCIM provisioning is available for enabled organizations after configuration. A compatible provider sends user and group updates; approved mappings connect supported organization fields. The workforce profile covers departments, sites, job roles, and skill requirements. Confirm profile support and mappings before rollout. Customer API keys remain coming soon.

Can I launch Upskillable through LTI?

Yes. LTI 1.3 is fully implemented. Connect your compatible LMS to Upskillable learning experiences, including courses and contextual AI Tutor support. Connection settings and supported result services are configured for your platform.

Does Upskillable support xAPI and an LRS?

Yes. Upskillable supports xAPI tracking and configured delivery to a learning record store (LRS). Record supported learning events and send them to your selected LRS. Displaying those records inside your LMS depends on its connection to the LRS.
