Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are between you and Upskillable Inc. ("Upskillable," "we"). They apply to our website and, where your organization has no separate written agreement with us, use of our learning platform. A separate written agreement takes priority for the services it covers.

Using Upskillable

Use the website and platform lawfully. Keep account credentials secure. Do not disrupt the service, access another person's account or data without permission, upload material you have no right to use, or misuse the service to harm others. Your organization is responsible for deciding who may use its workspace and what learning content it provides.

Customer data and ownership

Customers retain ownership of content they provide and control the data in their workspaces, including learning records (together, "Customer Data"). Upskillable does not acquire ownership of Customer Data. The customer permits us to process it as needed to provide, support, and secure the platform. Individual privacy rights still apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Upskillable owns its website, software, brand, and original materials. These terms do not transfer those rights to you or change any rights you have in your own content.

AI features

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it for learning, assessment, or decisions about people. Do not use an AI output as the sole basis for a decision with significant effects on a person.

Website information and other services

Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change. Website content is general information, not professional advice or a binding service commitment. Third-party sites and integrations have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent the law permits, the website and platform are provided as available, and Upskillable is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any separate written agreement governs liability for the services it covers.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above. We will give additional notice when required by law.
