This policy explains how Upskillable Inc. ("Upskillable," "we") handles personal information on our website and in our learning platform.

Customer data and our role

Customers retain ownership of the content they provide and control the learning data in their workspaces (together, "Customer Data"). Upskillable does not acquire ownership of Customer Data. We use it to provide and support the platform on the customer's behalf. Individuals keep their privacy rights. If your organization provides your account, ask its administrator about your learning records; we will help the organization respond to requests as required by law.

Upskillable is responsible for information we collect for our own website, sales, support, and business operations.

Information we handle

• Website and enquiries: contact details, company, messages, demo requests, IP address, browser details, pages viewed, and performance data. We use these to respond, arrange demos, operate and secure the site, and understand its use.
• Learning platform: account and role details, course materials and uploads, AI prompts and outputs, activity, progress, assessments, and support records. We use these to deliver the features the customer uses, support users, and protect the service.

If we send you marketing email, you can unsubscribe using the message's link or by contacting us.

AI and service providers

When you use an AI feature, relevant prompts or content may be sent to an AI provider to produce the result. We also use providers for hosting, security, analytics, email, and demo booking. Our website currently uses Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights; contact requests may be handled through Resend, and demo booking through Calendly. We share information with these providers as needed for those services, with customer-selected integrations, or when legally required. Information may be processed outside your province or country, where different laws may apply.

Cookies and analytics

Our website's analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and performance. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and use available provider opt-outs. Technologies needed to operate and secure the site or platform may still be used.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above, applicable customer agreements, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service is risk-free.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent where the law allows. Email hello@upskillable.ai for privacy questions or requests. We may verify your identity. If your account is managed by an organization, contact it first; we will assist with its response.
