Can each organization have its own branding?
Yes. Configure the organization’s portal name, logo, colors, dedicated portal address, and catalog access.
How does an organization access code work?
Learners enter the organization access code, provide their details, and verify their email using a personal one-time code. Access follows your seat, email-domain, and approval rules.
Do returning learners need a password?
The customer portal supports returning learners signing in with an emailed one-time verification code. They verify their own email address rather than using the shared organization access code as a password.
Do you support single sign-on?
Yes. Learners can sign in through your organization’s identity provider. We set up the connection with your team during onboarding. Learners without single sign-on join with an emailed verification code.
What controls can administrators set?
Set seat capacity, approved email domains, access-code expiry, and optional administrator approval. Administrators can rotate or revoke the joining code and review signup activity.
Does revoking a code remove existing learners?
No. Revoking the code stops new people joining. Existing learners keep their access until you change it.
Does joining enroll someone in every course?
No. Joining creates organization membership, subject to approval settings. Catalog availability and course enrollment remain separate controls.
